Cancellation Policy
At Soft Skin, your appointment time is reserved just for you. I create every experience with intention, and these policies help protect my time and allow each client to receive the care they deserve.
✨ 48 Hour Cancellation Window
If you need to cancel or adjust your appointment, you may do so up to 48 hours before your scheduled time with no charge.
Cancellations made within this 24-48 hour window will result in a 20% fee of the service total.
✨ Less than 24 Hour/Day of
Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the appointment, or day of changes, will be charged 50% of the service total.
✨ No-Shows
If you do not arrive for your appointment and no notice is given, the full 100% service amount will be charged.
✨ Tardiness
To ensure you receive the full experience, please arrive on time.
If you’re 10 minutes late, your service may be adjusted.
If you’re 15 minutes late or more, the appointment will be considered a No-Show and charged accordingly.
✨ Card on File
A card on file is required to book. By scheduling, you agree to these terms and authorize Soft Skin Facial Sanctuary to charge your card in alignment with this policy.
